The sky is clear, the sun is shining and Blue Heron is in the water!! We held our breath as she was lowered into the canal, but everything went smoothly as we fueled her up and found our place on the dock. Our chores and errands continued, but today we enjoyed beautiful warm and sunny weather.
Gale got to know Ed and Herschel who came in on Heffa Cat, the Gemini, last night. Their hull number is 1040 and was manufactured in October. Ed is the Captain and Herschel is his brother-in-law who came along for the initial cruise.
Maureen picked up groceries since our refrigerator was now operating, and we fired up the grill for a couple of hamburgers.
