Strong southerly winds were forecast for Sunday afternoon through Tuesday. A warm front moving into the area was to be accompanied by 25-30 mph winds. The waves in Port Washington were expected to be 2 to 3 feet which would make for some rough nights on the hook. It was time to sail to Milwaukee where the harbor will provide much better protection. Gale called Joel and Mary McChesney to ask if they would like to crew and they both eagerly agreed to make the trip from Port Washington to Milwaukee tomorrow. Lights out early.
No baby yet.
